New year, new address
At the end of 2020, we had to say goodbye to the old MOOOF building. Large residential towers will soon rise at that location. For that reason, MOOOF, including the more than 100 creative businesses located there, moved to a new building. Almost on the other side of the old MOOOF.
MOOOF is a community for music, dance and sports. Supplemented with (para)medics and all the services that make the community stronger. It is a unique and vibrant hub of businesses in the middle of the Binckhorst in The Hague. Since its start in 2013, MOOOF has grown into a real village with around 200 new and existing companies.
From hip-hop studios to martial arts, from roller-skating track to opera, from physiotherapists to a workshop for musical instruments. The MOOOF community even includes a unique French restaurant and a hairdresser. We have it all. What MOOOF's you? If you want to know more about MOOOF, click here.
Animæ Films has more space than in the old building. Therefore we now have the possibility to build a bigger, permanent film studio. This autumn we will start filming a series of short films, all largely shot from this studio.
In addition, we want to cooperate even more with the other residents of MOOOF. We want to participate in new initiatives in order to get to know each other better. Anyway, our friends Yorick Sedee and Francesca, both active in sound design and film scoring, are a few floors above us! So new collabs are in the making.
